ELLEN NUNNO CORBO is a partner with Taylor Colicchio LLP in Princeton. As a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, she has Co-Chaired the NJSBA Alternative Work Arrangements Committee, and is currently a member of the Business and Commercial Litigation Section as well as the Insurance Defense Special Committee. She specializes in insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage litigation, premises liability, products liability, retail owner/operator liability, environmental claims and defense, corporate litigation and oppressed minority shareholder litigation. She is a member of the New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C. Bars. Admitted to the practice of law in 1985, Ms. Corbo began her legal career as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Harry A. Margolis, Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, 1984-1985, where she conceived and wrote the original draft of the New Jersey Chancery Law Clerk Handbook. She practiced with the law firm of Tompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld & Barry in Newark until 2001, when she joined Taylor Colicchio. She has held the position of Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University, where she taught Legal Research and Legal Writing, and at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she taught English Writing Workshops. Ms. Corbo received her law degree from Seton Hall University Law School (J.D., 1984), and was a member of the Seton Hall National Appellate Moot Court Team. She received her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, 1981), where she was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, Historical Honor Society. She has an extensive record as a community activist, including as Trustee, and later Chairperson, of the Human Resources Committee of the Clifton Against Substance Abuse Foundation, Co-Chair of the Clifton Community Advisory Committee, and member of the Clifton Strategic Planning Council, the Clifton Early Childhood Development Committee, and the Clifton Parents Council.
